The device itself is supposed to last for years, like multiple years. You just replace the sticky gel parts.

I've only used Jovi, but I heard it uses a different tech than Livia. Jovi is signal relief, Livia is TENS. Might depend on what works for you.

I had Livia before and switched to Jovi. I personally find Jovi more comfortable and effective for my cramps, but everyone's different.
